Instructor: Ladan Kimiayi Judge (E-RYT 500)

Ladan is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Homeopath and Nutritionist. She was first exposed to yoga at the age of nine and has trained in various styles of yoga and meditation. She has studied Yoga Therapy with master teachers such as Nischala Joy Devi and Mr. Desikaschar. Ladan has been working as a Yoga Teacher since 2002 teaching at various corporate and community locations. She specializes in Yoga Therapy and providing alternative and supplemental therapy for people suffering with cancer, heart disease or other life-threatening ailments. Ladan has been sharing the healing gifts of yoga, yoga nidra and meditation with cancer patients at the Radiation Oncology Department of Loudoun Hospital since 2007. As an advocate of karma yoga, Ladan is the Director of Operations for a volunteer based nonprofit organization, Moms Against Poverty, since 2008. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering and has worked in Engineering and Marketing for 10 years prior to beginning her yoga and health career.
