
Lynne was first introduced to yoga in 1999 and has practiced Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Power Vinyasa and Kundalini. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and received her 200 hour Prana Flow vinyasa certification from Shiva Rea's Samudra School for Living Yoga. She is currently pursuing her passion for yoga therapy and "hands off bodywork" as the means to achieve a long and healthy pain free life. Lynne's classes offer an opportunity to play, explore and discover in a safe and welcoming environment. Through an embodied practice, students are invited to experience who they are and how they move; it is in this awareness that the Self unfolds. Lynne also holds certifications as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, USA Cycling coach and MELT Method instructor.
