
Pat aspires to empower her students with a sense of body and mind awareness through the use of breath and posture. She approaches teaching with a sense of light heartedness, encouraging joy, non-competitiveness and practicing to stay in present. She is inspired by many forms of yoga, most notably Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Master instructor Max Strom. A registered nurse by profession, Pat strives to bring yoga into her patients' lives every day through subtle techniques.
