Pam D’Alexander

Pam discovered yoga five years ago and has been practicing and studying consistently since then. Studying with several Anusara and Iyengar teachers has given Pam an appreciation for the importance of body alignment in the practice of yoga. She also loves Ashtanga and other Vinyasa styles, and the vigorous workout and many other benefits that they bring to her practice. She tremendously appreciates how the balance, strength and flexibility that she gains in her yoga practice translate to her life as a whole. Pam also finds yoga to be just plain fun, and brings that attitude to her teaching style.

Pam is currently enrolled in the teacher training program at Health Advantage Yoga Center in Herndon (a registered school with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level) studying with Doug Keller and Susan Van Nuys.
